Curtain

I think of this more like a held breath than a room. The red is so saturated it almost swallows everything, and I wanted that—to make the space feel pressurized, like something is being kept in. The little curtain flutters just enough to let the black in. It’s a tiny gesture, but it shifts the whole atmosphere. I kept the structure rigid on purpose so that the softness of the fabric would register more. This one’s less about what’s seen and more about what's just out of view.
