STUDY NO. 2

This little bear feels like it's drifting. I wanted to capture the translucency without over-defining it—the way light sort of hums through candy, especially gummy textures. The blue shadow was important to me; it’s exaggerated, almost liquid, and gives the piece a kind of surreal presence. It’s more about sensation than accuracy. The bear itself is quiet but watchful—I like how it floats, how it feels both solid and ghostly. A small thing made strange.
